• Open the Chrome browser.
• Hold down the CTRL, Shift, and Backspace keys simultaneously.  

• Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen, hover over “More Tools” and then select “Clear browsing data” 
• Depending on what you want to clear, check the boxes next to Browsing History, Cookies, and Cached Images and Files.
• Click Clear Data

 ** Note:  Make sure the time range is set to “All Time” (see picture below)
