WorkAbility 1
WorkAbility1 is a California school and community transition program working to benefit students, employers, and the community at large, which successfully meets the needs of local job markets. WorkAbility1 promotes independent living and provides comprehensive pre-employment worksite training, employment and follow -up services for youth in special education who are making the transition from school to work.
WorkAbility1 provides Special Education students the opportunity to obtain marketable job skills while completing their education.
